Your sample will be tested at our certified laboratory. It takes from five days for the results to be available after the laboratory receives your sample.

How will I receive my test results?

Your test results will be uploaded to your secure online Patient Area once they are ready. Additionally, we will notify you via your preferred method of communication, which can be a telephone call, email, or SMS.

What if I test positive?

If your test results indicate a positive result for Mycoplasma, your Better2Know doctor will assist you in accessing appropriate medication to treat the infection.
