This at-home test will measure the level of key hormones in your blood associated with your menstrual cycle, and provide you with recommendations on how to manage your results.
This test will assess the levels of your key hormones associated with changes in the menstrual cycle and will help determine whether you are entering, or have already entered, the first stages of menopause.
Menopause affects everyone differently, but it can be an extremely challenging period in a woman's life. As well as the physical symptoms, such as hot flushes, irregular periods, itchy skin and hair loss, it can also affect your emotional well being, often leading to anxiety, irritability, forgetfulness and low mood.
By identifying hormonal changes that are associated with the menopause, this test could be your first step towards taking control and finding the best ways to manage the symptoms you are experiencing. For some this may be in the form of lifestyle changes, whilst others may want to discuss with their own doctor whether medical treatment such as hormone replacement therapy (HRT) would be suitable.
This test could be your first step towards taking control and finding the best way to navigate the challenges of menopause.
This test is suited to women who would like an indication of whether they are perimenopausal or menopausal. This is the stage in a women's life where the menstrual cycle is changing and may even have stopped.
Please be aware that this test is not advisable for women who are taking contraceptive pills or undergoing hormone therapy, such as hormone replacement therapy (HRT). If you're on contraceptives or undergoing hormone treatment, please refrain for at least three months before taking this test.
This test should be taken in the morning between 7am and 10am and on day three of your cycle if you are having periods.
